Reviews and Ratings
I had a great view facing Canada, enjoying the Friday night fireworks right from my window. The room was a nice size and clean, but the carpets were dirty, and the bathroom was terrible. However, overall, it was a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the rooms were clean and well-equipped, but there were some significant issues with water leakage whenever the guests above flushed. The service was excellent, with friendly staff accommodating our needs. The location was amazing, just a short walk to many attractions, but there were some worn-out furnishings. Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired with subpar offerings.
My stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. The room was in terrible condition, with rusty fixtures, dirty carpets, and holes in the towels. The parking situation was a nightmare, and breakfast was a sad affair with spoiled milk and minimal food options. I will not be returning here and would advise others to steer clear of this place.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was excellent, being close to the American Falls and just a short walk to the Niagara Falls. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and the service was not up to par. The dining options were limited but decent, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location was exceptional, just a short walk to the American Falls, Goat Island, and the Rainbow Bridge, making it perfect for sightseeing. However, the room was okay but a bit dated, and being on the ground floor near the elevator wasn't ideal. The service was friendly, and they even accommodated our change in dates, which was appreciated. The continental breakfast was basic, with limited options, but at least it was something to start the day. The facilities were decent, but nothing extraordinary.
